Configure MSSQL to use more than 2GB RAM

1. Add /pae in boot.ini
2. Configure these in MS SQL 2000 (recommeded):

• awe enable 1
• max server memory (MB) 30000
• min server memory (MB) 30000
• set working set size 1
• service account has "lock pages in memory" rights
• memory settings are not dynamic when AWE is involved, stop and start SQL server is required for new setting takes effect.
